Jakarta - One product Baidu , PC Faster , thought to contain malicious programs that could harm users . This was a direct response by the Chinese manufacturer .
Previously reported , Vaksincom intenet security company , reported a foistware in the Baidu PC Faster installation .
Either is evil or not , but according to Vaksincom foistware is another program that is automatically installed along with its parent application , in this case is Baidu PC Faster .
Iwan Setiawan , Marketing Manager Baidu Indonesia , said he did not know about it . To find the subject matter he also promised to conduct an investigation .
" Currently we are actively investigating the issues reported by Vaksin.com to ensure that our users are safe , and get a positive experience of poduk our product , " he said .
" Baidu is maintaining the safety of the user and will not engage in illegal acts such as spreading malware , " added Iwan
