Alleged Wiretapping: China Request Explanation U.S.


China demanded an explanation from the United States following a report that U.S. telecom giant server infiltrate China , Huawei .

The company said it would denounce the invasion of their network if a report in the New York Times correctly .


It quoted a number of documents allegedly from the U.S. National Security Agency ( NSA ) and released by the former contractor , Edward Snowden .


They say , the NSA has been spying on Huawei and has information about his customers .The NSA did not mention the report , but said that they focus on what is called the foreign intelligence targets .NSA also said not to use that intelligence to steal confidential foreign companies to help U.S. business .A spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry , Hong Lei , said that China is very serious with these allegations .


" China has expressed a lot of complaints about the United States reports on activities related to wiretapping , " said Lei , who demanded that Washington stop the activity and provide an explanation .


New York Times said , one of the goals was to determine whether the U.S. operation Huawei associated with the People 's Liberation Army .
