In its claim , as quoted from Ubergizmo , Friday ( 16/05/2014 ) , stated that Nintendo violated two patents related to those technologies ' Virtual Body Control Device ' and ' User Interface System Based on Pointing Device ' . Both used the Wii U console
They also pointed out Nintendo is already listed on the patent owned 2011ini Philips , but have no intention to use legal process by way of a license . Tail, Philips wants Wii U blocked sales .
Nintendo's performance in the spotlight . Based on their latest financial report , Nintendo failed to meet sales targets . Nintendo wanted to focus on efforts to enhance the appeal of the Wii U , by making games that will keep gamers interested in buying .
