There Chirp Corruption, Turkey Mute Twitter

Turkey - After blocking Twitter , the Turkish government has not finished running the iron fist policy against Internet users in the country .

The next victim is the Domain Name System ( DNS ) that come in contact with the Google -owned Turkish government obstructed . This also makes the two countries in the continent so the first country to block Google DNS .

According Todayszaman , the Turkish government was forced to undertake the policy because many Google DNS is used to access Twitter, which recently blocked three days ago .DNS can be called as an interpreter domain names into IP numbers row . For example, if we are going to open a particular domain address , typically using a row of names because it is easier to memorize . For example google.com , yahoo.com , detik.com , and others .

Well , here's where DNS works . DNS translates ( encodes ) from the google.com domain in the form of a unique series of numbers in the form of IP . For example, google.com IP is 208.67.219.231 .IP numbers were used machines to communicate with each other such as internet domain servers , hosting servers , and proxy servers .

Back to the internet blocking policy in Turkey , supposedly Twitter into the media to disseminate information regarding corruption in the government of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan .Quoted from the BBC , Erdogan had already threatened to block the microblogging site and do not care what the international response on the unpopular policy . And it seems that he was serious in his threat ." I do not care at all about what the international community . Everyone will know the power of the Turkish republic , " said Erdogan .

Some time ago , some Twitter users revealed documents showing evidence of corruption associated with the PM . But Erdogan immediately denied . This issue is sensitive because Turkey will carry out the election .Currently, most residents of Turkey have reportedly been unable to access Twitter . Though the number of users there is quite a lot , about 10 million . Turkey previously also been blocked YouTube for two years before it reopened in 2010 .
