But unfortunately , the result is not too smooth .Yes , Google is filing a patent for the name Glass along with its logo to protect the interests of its wearable gadget , the Google smart glasses Glass .
Unfortunately , the patent and trademark office of the United States refused Google's desire . The reason, said Glass who wants patented is considered a generic descriptive words that can not be claimed as belonging to Google .
In a letter sent to Google about last September , authorities also revealed that many companies use Glass brand and not Google who wants to patent it .
